Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change based on material costs, design revisions, or changes requested after the original quote.

• Taxes, shipping, and installation (if applicable) may be added to your final invoice.

Payments

• A deposit may be required before production begins.

• Full payment is due before products are released unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

• We accept approved payment methods listed at checkout or on your invoice.

Custom Orders

• All products are custom-made to your specifications.

• Please review all proofs carefully before approving production.

• Once artwork has been approved, Hard Scramble Creations is not responsible for spelling errors, grammar, sizing, colors, or design elements that were approved by the customer.

Design & Artwork

• Customer-supplied artwork must be owned by the customer or used with proper permission.

• Hard Scramble Creations reserves the right to refuse designs that violate copyright, trademark, or applicable laws.

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, artwork created by Hard Scramble Creations remains our intellectual property. Customers receive the finished printed product but not the editable design files.

Colors

We make every effort to reproduce colors accurately. However, colors displayed on screens may differ from printed products due to monitor settings, materials, and printing processes.

Production Times

Estimated production times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by material shortages, shipping carriers, weather, equipment issues, or customer approval delays may affect completion dates.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final. If a product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Installation

Hard Scramble Creations is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation performed by anyone other than our team. Customers choosing self-installation assume all associated risks.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
